I used to love shopping via their app, but lately it won't even load the home screen. I'll hit refresh, switch to mobile data, switch back to wifi, refresh the app, clear my cache, ect. and it still gives an error message saying "Sorry, we're having network issues. Please try again in a few minutes. " Last week I got it to work after many refreshes and even placed an order on it. Today, I couldn't get through, updated the app, and still nothing. Just the same error message. Please fix your app!!

I love this app and these brands. I've shopped AE for decades. The app runs smoothly and everything looks just like the picture, if not better, so you know what you're getting. Shop with confidence. There's a lot of information about the materials, the size, the fit and reviews which makes it really helpful when you're trying to find the perfect article of clothing. I also like how customers can post pics wearing the clothing. I adore the rewards program, it's the best. You can't beat the sales.

Great selection. Wonderful ease with the way the app was setup to view the style and see the product, the various colors and selections. the sizes available and stores that had products available for pick up or you could have the product shipped to your home. It is one of the better built clothing apps I have used. I love American Eagle jeans. Now, that I have used their app, I will continue to use it going forward and highly recommend it to my friends!!
