I used to love shopping via their app, but lately it won't even load the home screen. I'll hit refresh, switch to mobile data, switch back to wifi, refresh the app, clear my cache, ect. and it still gives an error message saying "Sorry, we're having network issues. Please try again in a few minutes. " Last week I got it to work after many refreshes and even placed an order on it. Today, I couldn't get through, updated the app, and still nothing. Just the same error message. Please fix your app!!

Garbage! Do Not Recommend!!! This app used to be nice when you can place an order from it. Everytime I try to place an order the interface keeps refreshing non stop! And if you go onto website you don't get same discount as on app. Should be same discount in store, on website and in app. Trying to complete a sale and cannot. Last time I called customer service, they only can ship to my address and not order to pick up at store. It's an inconvenience, especially when you need the product same day

I love the items American Eagle and Aerie have to offer, but the app is a pain to use. It is constantly glitchy, taking a long time to load, and the checkout process is horrendous. You have to enter your contact information multiple times while experiencing the app refreshing and kicking you out of the checkout process or the app itself. For such a major retailer, I expect the app to be more user-friendly and have a swift checkout experience. I am disappointed.
