Honestly lately I can't even get the app to open up which is very annoying. The past couple months I just get a blank screen or retry later message when I open the app. I constantly have to uninstall and re install to get it to work which is VERY annoying and inconvenient. EDIT: 3 years later and the app still has loading issues, it works good when it actually loads but dont count on that

Love this app. Very easy to move back and forth from adding items to cart. Love the photo option to add a credit card as payment. The loyalty program rocks! I love racking up the $5 off coupon's and free $5 off for your birthday as well which can be stacked. It's definitely a 5 star app.

The app definitely makes it easy to shop and get even better deals occasionally. If you don't have the AE credit card, you're gonna want it!! I don't even like using credit cards but this one I had to get. it has THE best rewards program which makes it impossible not to keep buying things, because you get so much out of it, perks for using it, and they offer extra rewards if you have the Visa and use it outside AE. They definitely know how to do business and KEEP business. Thank y'all
