Ratings and reviews

Cannot change language to English, cannot see messages from the hotel. While based in Switzerland, English is not selectable even though the app is available in English for other countries. When entering the chat function with the hotel, it only shows the confirmation and the data privacy warning. The message from the hotel (which is previewed on the previous screen) is not available at all.

The new application is buggy. My language settings cannot be changed. If you choose a location (for currency) you will be default have an application in one of those official languages. Example, CHF the application is only in a random mixture of English and German (not English, French, Italian as before). Then to get help everything is in German... Very disappointing.

With the new update I can no longer have the correct language & currency combination at all. So now to book with the app, I have to use an external translator app or then have everything in a wrong currency. Also some of the reservations are not visible anymore in the app. The old version worked well enough and now the new version is close to unusable for me.
