Ratings and reviews

Frauds. First they deliver damaged and wrong product and then block your account. The stores as well as app both are fraud and full of junk people. The store guy is so much arrogant. On returning the online purchased product they blocked my account and loyalty points. Also before returning I asked the store whether they can exchange the item. The arrogant store guy refused and that's why I had to return. While they have clearly mentioned in description that online product can be exchanged offlin

The brand ain't bad at all, like i ordered heels from here and they were insanely good, like perfect in every way price, comfort, look all 10/10, unfortunately i had to return bc it didnt fit me because i ordered a bit larger one, i got refund in my account like 2 days after pickup and that too instantly via a link that requested my account details as i used cod while ordering, i was very paranoid initially because of other comments claiming problems in refund, but it worked just fine.

There is an issue with payment using UPI. My credit points were deducted after I selected payment through other UPI and an error page was shown. My orders disappeared, credit points got deducted. I tried again using UPI, the error shown again. Items in stock kept reducing in number on the app as well with each failed payment. Finally I paid through the Debit card but it's a shame I lost my credit points because of such a poorly executed app
