Ratings and reviews

One of the most frustrating things about Paramount+ is that the previews and trailers have no audio. At first I thought there was something wrong with the app or my TV, especially because every other streaming service I use has normal audio during previews. I contacted Paramount+ support, went through troubleshooting, provided details about my device and internet connection, and even sent them a video demonstrating the problem. Support Answer - "Our movie trailers/previews do not have sound."

absolutely abysmal experience. 1. the app sometimes takes MINUTES to even open. 2. videos take a long time - up to minutes - to start playing, even if they're downloaded. 3. the app doesn't always remember progress (website never does). 4. badly synced German subtitles. 5. 30 second unskippable ads. 6. I contacted support about the issues. 10 days of back and forth messages without ANY SOLUTION. Requested a refund because why would I pay for THIS? lost a potential Trekkie here...

Worst streaming app. It either crashes every minute, doesn't even load to begin with or just freezes for some reason. The Windows app is a absolute joke and just a copy paste of the TV version which makes it impossible to Controll and use. On multiple phones the app just freezes and gives me "App is not responding", Windows app doesn't even work 9/10 times and in multiple browsers I get error 3005 after 3 or 10 minutes. Changing devices, changing Network and reinstalling doesn't do anything.
