This goes to the whole website: you sell cheap products for way too high prices, your customers' service sucks, and I am unable to return a purchase and get a refund for over a week now. I have wasted over 30€ on a cheap dress (paid 10€ for delivery, which took two weeks to arrive) and I can't even return it, even though I should be able to. I am also supposed to pay for the back-shipment, if they even give me a return address sometime this year. Extremely disappointed, DO NOT recommend.

No problem with cheap products at cheap prices but the prices aren't that cheap. Bought some "ugly" Christmas sweaters and they are awful and they cost 24.99 each. You can find better quality cheap products in Primark or any other clothes retailer. The app constantly spams you with notifications the moment you install it and the interface is meh. Won't use again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
