Ratings and reviews

The content might be good but the app is barely functional. There's no way to filter the movies by languages and no categories, some movies are listed in the app but they're not authorized in the location of the user, so the only way to figure this out is to try to start watching it and get disappointed. I've spent 20 minutes trying to find a movie in a language that I understand but failed -_-

Impossible to watch any movie today!!! Tried on any device (notepad, laptop, even phone as its hard to believe!!) and also with different WiFi sources, fix it that's annoying! Zero stars to developers!!!!!!! Seriously - just tried on all the browsers also even old Opera, Chrome, edge you name it! Pathetic programming

I accidentally renewed an annual subscription, and even though the automated Google Play system denied my initial refund request, MUBI’s real human support team stepped in and manually resolved it for me. They were incredibly understanding, tracked down my account quickly, and processed the refund so I could pay for my tuition. Thank you so much, River and the MUBI team, for saving the day!
