I'm getting overlapping notifications. There is one w/ a preview, but there's one with basic text w/o the preview that over laps with the notification w/ the preview making it hard to expand the preview & that's a problem. now the picture in picture mode keeps breaking. the picture in picture mode activates whenever it wants instead of just live view and when it's not doing that the audio for my camera is still playing on my phone. notification bug is still a problem after several updates

Overall this camera does what it says. We haven't had problems with it missing people directly on our porch. However there are so many missed events, the notifications are very delayed, and the camera quality is pretty poor when zooming in especially. It misses things that aren't that far away like a car pulling into the end of my driveway and doesnt notify us until a minute after the doorbell rings. Overall, good not great and we're looking for other options.

I have been using a Ring doorbell for the last year but need to look for an alternative. Despite being user friendly and simple to use, it is extremely unreliable. I've missed many deliveries and guests simply because it often fails at its main function, a doorbell! Even though full battery and full signal, half the time it simply doesn't work: not recording motion and not ringing the doorbell. It's great for live view, but can't be relied on as a doorbell or motion camera.
