Managing Your Account:

Your privacy and control over your data are important to us. If you wish to delete your account, you can easily do so directly within the app. Please follow these simple steps:

- Account Tab -> Account -> Delete account
- Tap the 3 checkboxes then tap Delete.
- Enter your Wyze account password again and tap Delete.
Upon deleting your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you will not be able to recover any data associated with your account.

Ratings and reviews

Update: intruder last night. Can't connect to get the video. Not a Wi-Fi issue, either. Useless product. I own 8 of them unfortunately. Tech support was a waste of time. Only connects to the cameras about 30% of the time. Very frustrating. Does not matter what version of the Wyze camera it's trying to connect to. My Nest doorbell camera has worked without any issues. I have been ripped off by Wyze.

Sound issues. I have never had any problems in the past when I've used wyze. But after not using it for about a year I purchased new cameras and I'm using the same account as before. On the second day it started affecting my cell phones volume. I have troubleshooted everything. Volume works in safe mode. Volume works when I reboot my phone. Volume works if I delete the Wyze app. So it's definitely a wyze issue.

It used to be good enough for the price. Also considering it was a startup, so you could expect some improvements to come over time. However, the performance only degraded and even their latest cameras will struggle to load. Nightmare trying to connect for "live" viewing. The detection and AI features are terrible. Charging for "premium" detection, but products and performance are still amateur. After investing almost a $1000, I'm done. I'm investing another $1000 but this time NVR system.
