Purchased an item on shpock for 42€. After a few days it was clear that I got scammed, since there was a lack of communication and the seller delayed the shipping date multiple times. It's been more than a week now. Luckily I've payed with PayPal, so most probably I will get my money back. The bad review is for the missing customer support. I have reported the seller several times in the course of almost a week, but still no respond from shpock. In conclusion: No punishment for scammers

Dont even bother to download it. If you EVER sale something,the "buyers" aren't committed to pay since you can buy without PayPal or bank linked accounts unlike eBay, so you end up sweating to clean and prepared a "sold" 70L Aquarium and they can say,"no i don't want it anymore" and you have no one to turn to and find your right. They didn't got any money off of their account and i didn't get any money on mine. -10 stars and uninstall.

Messages sent are viewed by everyone. Unless the buyer makes an offer, no chance for the seller to send a private chat. Items are marked as sold already just after the buyer & seller confirms the sale but not really after payment made/product delivered. Often it's gets marked as old but the buyer may end up not paying or deciding otherwise n one looses potential buyers in he meantime.
