Ratings and reviews

Can't even log in. "We are encountering difficulties" the app is absolutely useless. It works less than half the time. Either it doesn't let you log in, or it doesn't let you view donations, or it doesn't let you thank donators. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, and it fixed it for about 2 days before it stopped working again. Also it logs you out EVERY SINGLE TIME you click off the app. It's a total pain. Just access GFM through browser and save yourself the hassle.

The app itself was great. Quick and efficient. However, recently, it will not sign in it keeps saying "we're experiencing technical difficulties please try again later" and it will close by itself then not reopen. It's been this way since I downloaded it. It's only allowed me to sign in a handful of times. Please get this fixed.

Prior to 28th Nov 23 update, this app was great. Now, when attempting login, I get the message that there is a problem, try again later. I have reported via the support email link but get a reply telling me I have emailed an unmonitored inbox and the "message won't be seen by our team". What's the point of that? Very disappointed.
