Oven broke on my 2nd day of play. The mechanic is 1300 coins, and cant do much with the store locked, so I couldn't play for 3 IRL days waiting for my characters to earn enough to pay it off and play again. (Only other options according to the tutorial is DIY (cant use, characters refuse to sleep), or pay real world money. Shockingly, I don't wanna throw down cash on a game that became unplayable on day 2. Earned enough to pay it off only for the washer to break 2 days later. I'm done. 🙄)

Your game is very unreliable with save progress after playing for more than 3 generations. This is a critical game breaking bug that should be addressed and fixed and prioritized over everything. More times than not, i am losing my saved progress each time I play and come back, the entire day is lost!! Ive contacted support and all they told me is that they passed it on to the developers and to wait for the game to be updated. This bug should be their main focus. I'm not the only one with it.

as a person who played Virtual Families since being a kid, this game and the graphics look great and improved however the overall control is a little bit complicated for me, it's not like the other previous virtual family games.
