I want to make a reservation for 7 people. For 5 people, I would like to choose the 'Ultra Lite' fare category, and for 2, I would like to have the 'Lite' fare category. I was unable to do that on the website, so I downloaded the app just to check if it was possible here. Unfortunately, it's not.

Cannot show some of my trips. I need to go to the website to check in. But the check-in procedure is not smooth that it loses the data in the midway. Very bad app!

not sure how much they spent on this app but it is definitely one of the worst airline apps (and of course cx is another one on the list) in the developed world.
