The app is really slow, doesn't allow you to go back to edit things and makes you cancel, if you want to go back a page and make changes. Their contact button takes you out of the app and to their website, instead of just having an integrated chat. The experience is pretty bad compared to other airlines.

It was freezing in the first and not possible to make anything in the app. But there is no more difficulties now. Also it's possible to see the map of the airport which is great. You can see how to get to your gate or anywhere else you want. The app always warns you about the changes and other infos.

This app for years has always been a terrible performer. Nearly every app of all other airlines performs better than this. Recently it seems like the performance has gotten even worse (didn't seem possible). Needing to log in every time the app is opened, often not being able to login due to errors to the server (various errors received). The worst part is that I do not understand the need for this app, when a large portion of the functionality just takes you to a web page???
