Beware of this app!!!! The worst app in history😡😡😡 I had trouble subscribing, but I finally succeeded after many attempts Then I subscribed to the annual gold subscription, but the search engine blocked me, saying I exceeded the allowed limit. For months I've been contacting support via email and Instagram, but no one responds. It's like I'm in the desert; I can't even begin to explain it.

I've been using Getcontact since 2018 to identify unknown numbers & check tags, but since the app made contact tags search a paid-only feature, it has lost almost all of its value. What's the point of keeping the app if the main function that made it popular is no longer available for free? It feels like just any other caller ID app, but with far fewer benefits. Unless Getcontact rethinks this, there's really no reason to keep it installed. Very disappointing update. Uninstalling.

Very bad experience. After trying the free version of the app, I decided to subscribe to the paid version and purchased a 6-month plan. However, after only a few days of use, the app stopped showing results—exactly like the free version. When I contacted customer support, they replied after several days with just a link to subscribe to the paid version, not realizing that I was already a subscriber. Even after clarifying this, I never received any further response from them.
