After the last update incoming calls would not show up on the screen. I contacted Google and they said I would need to hard reset. I did this and it fixed the issue for about a month. It's doing it again. I have not installed any new apps or changed my usage. It's a really unpleasant bug, missed calls done even show up, if I don't hear my phone I don't know I missed a call until I check the log.
After an update a month ago, I can't call out & if I try to answer a call...phone resets. No help from Google & because the plastic on the back of this Pixel is cracked...no insurance claim, no swap out. FIX YOUR STUPID BUGS ON YOUR OWN PHONES & SOFTWARE. This is unacceptable. It's a cell PHONE 1st & foremost.
I have a Nexus 6p and these are the issues I'm having: 1. Whenever I select a contact, the app freezes and the screen dims. I have to close the app to use the phone. 2. Call logs are not visible. 3. Sometimes the names of my contacts disappear and only their numbers are visible. I have now switched to a 3rd party dialer to be able to make calls! Unhappy.
After the last update, my Nexus 5 stopped taking and sending phone calls. There is an error that sometimes pops up and I'm trying to get a screen shot of it but it disappears too quickly.
My only quirk with this dialer is that my face always seems to hit the mute button. When I call out and I'm saying hello hello, nobody hears me. I only find out when I'm about to hang up and redial that my face has hit the mute button once again. Has happened with the speaker button too. My colleagues heard my conversation.
Call log is wrong! Whenever I call someone using Jio the details are shown as missed call and call duration isn't displayed. But if I go into contacts and select the contact and open history I can see the duration and details of the call. Also why there is not 'vibrate when call answered' feature? It's even in the AOSP phone app.
