App works but slight delay. 1) turn on, connect to TWS via Bluetooth 2) download app 3) enter email - I didn't get a verification code to email, my clipboard recognised something so I pasted and it progressed 4) the MAC code is NOT your phone's MAC, it's the ear buds one which is stuck on the back of the instruction booklet. This should now be set up. Translation slow/delay in the audio but text is better. Near perfect French and good Thai, but that is a context based language. No Greek. 😔

password reset is abysmal. Im trying to get the app to send a verification email and nothing has been sent. the features are not user friendly and this item is now useless because Im locked out of the account with no way in.
