The app is fine. Directions for the watch are lacking. When the time changed, the watch didn't. I had the watch next to my phone and went into the cubitt app. I thought maybe I can find out how to change the time in there. I noticed the time changed, so it must have synced with my phone. I wish the step counter wouldn't automatically reset at midnight. I am often up past midnight. I am ready to record my steps for the day just before I go to bed, and realize the steps were reset.

Created the account 6 days ago and even used the app this week, today I opened it and my account doesn't exist anymore, so weird cause I even have the email from when I created the account 6 days ago bad I had to open the account again with the same email address. It is very annoying, I only downloaded the Cubitt app cause I got a notification on Veryfit to download the "improved" version and personally I think is much worse

I've been having problems with the app since day one. After the update, i got a message my account didn't exist so i have to create a new account and lost all my previous data, now i don't get the WhatsApp notifications, and I have troubleshoot the app with the steps you have and still doesn't work, for me to get the notification I had to use the Veryfit app. It doesn't make sense you ask to move to your app with so many problems and you don't even respond to the feedback...
