MindFit at Work is a leader in EAP Programs as well as workplace wellbeing, mental health, resilience, and mindfulness training.

Our MindFit EAP app gives you the confidential and secure access you enjoy in the online browser portal with access to:
• 24/7/365 access to confidential counselling
• Call or book in a session with a local counsellor
• Proactive skill development with engaging online video content
• Support articles covering Mental Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing and Financial Wellbeing

NOTE: To access the app, your employer MUST have engaged MindFit at Work for EAP services and you will need to provide your company’s code OR use your current portal login details.
