what is happening to this Rubi mining I'm trying to log in but failed for almost 1 week now. all my credentials are all correct. please fix the bugs for us to continue our daily mining. for now I'll give you my 1 star rating. finally, after 2 months that I cannot log in now I have decided to uninstall this Rubi app because of poor mining even though I have mined almost 500+ Rubi coin. it's a waste of time!

My name is Angelica Altavano, I am a verified Rubi miner (done KYC). I need help with my Rubi App it has been almost 2 months since the time that I cannot access my app, the loading page is stuck in the middle. I tried using VPN for a few weeks it work though but now it is not working anymore. How to fix please? I will change my rate to 5 star once I get a fix.

I’ve been using Rubi for over 200 days and the app itself works fine, but the main problem is support. There is no proper support portal and the email provided inside the app never replies. Users are sent to Telegram where no real solutions are given. I rated 2 stars only because the app runs smoothly, but Rubi urgently needs a proper, active and official support system — users should not be left without help.
