Ratings and reviews

Tried it blindly without looking at the reviews and I cancelled the subscription after 10 minutes. Their support team won't give a refund even if they state a 30 day money back guarantee. UPDATE: I was given the refund, but the process wasn't straightforward. I had some back and forth with the support to achieve it simply because my subscription was done through the web instead of the app.

On opening the app I was excited to start learning. Answered the starter questions and gave it my login details. Only at that point did it tell me that to continue futher I must sign up for a trail. The trail is free yes, but I have to put in my card details anyway so they can turn on reoccurring billing. Instantly uninstalled. I shouldn't have to provide my personal details in a trail. A trail is for me to decide weather I want to trust you with my details as much as it is to test the app.

This app was suggested to me as an alternative to social media apps. I love the premise but unfortunately it's severely lacking in content. I (wrongfully) assumed that paying the subscription fee meant that the content would be updated regularly or daily yet I get offered about 8 articles on each topic eg. Science (which I've completed) and no new ones. I had hoped that once I complete the modules there would be some form of progress and be challenged with new content. Buy a book instead.
