The suggested paces it calculated for me were more on the conservative side but I didn't mind this and ran faster if it kept the run the same zone. The free version of the program was more than enough and successful for two races I ran (half and marathon). I beat my goal times by several minues. For me, I like the simplicity of the app. "Hal Says" is always a good read too!

Plans good, starts you out with a build-up plan if there are a lot of weeks till race day. You can pick the days you have the long runs and the days you rest when you set the plan up but it can't be modified. It let you manually log the run for the scheduled day but doesn't let you change the day completed, which would be useful. Easy to use and understand app, not complicated and is quick to set up.

I'm loving this app! Used to use Hal's programmes when training for events, but with increasing age & injuries I fell out of running. Decided I need to get fit again, so looked at Hal's programmes, discovered he had an app & voilà! Running again & signed up for 2 half marathons & a full marathon before the end of the year. The app is super easy to use & gives great programmes - love it!!!
