About this app

***
To start using this app, ask your healthcare practitioner to design & assign your home exercise program for you in Physitrack.
***

The PhysiApp® app lets you download your PhysiApp home exercise program to your Android phone.

Once you've installed this app on your Android phone, all you need to do is login to the app with the access code that you received from your healthcare provider.

Next, you can download your custom-made home exercise program, consisting of high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. You can even use Chromecast to play the videos on your Chromecast device.

From now, you will know exactly which exercises have been prescribed to you, and how you are supposed to perform them.

With PhysiApp, you can securely report back to your physiotherapist or chiropractor how much you completed of a given exercise, and if you felt any pain.

PhysiApp lets your physiotherapist or chiropractor track your progress in detail, and intervene if necessary.

App missing the ability to prevent screen locking during physio exercises. Locking also causes the physio timer to pause. As a work around, tap screen during exercise, or extend the screen timeout beyond 30 seconds. And the noises (when enabled) aren't much use: 5 second countdown to start, no sounds during reps, a ping at the start of the rep rest before a ping to signal set 2, then a ping when complete... I would appreciate a ping at start of each rep and a quiet tick with each second

It does the job. A couple of features would be good - First is to be able to add your own notes next to an exercise (eg. Which peg I have the cable pulleys in for specific exercises as well as questions to ask for my next physio visit). Second, ideally I could send the physio questions and have them answered through the app. I understand why you might not want to do that though, so first suggestion would be great, even if the notes are only stored in my device.

My physio has set me to do two sets, one in morning and one in afternoon. But the app requires you to do both sets at the same time otherwise you can't track progress. That's not really two sets it's just one long set. Seems like an easy fix to allow progress to be saved. For some exercises it is hard to watch my phone, so audible countdown would help.
