Update: newest bug: pressing"record" freezes the screen, and the app records nothing. Such a bad app. If you watch a video you just shot you lose the Bluetooth connection. If you open another app as well. If a call comes in also. To select the videos to import to the phone you have to tap every single one. Zhyiun learn from Google the "long press for multiple selection" thing. The list of failures/user un-friendly solutions goes on and on. I would urge to replace a few heads of development in your company 😠. My advice: DON'T buy your gimbal from this company! It's money flushed down the drain!

Records sound only on left channel. I don't understand why. Filmic pro works well, records sound for both channels. Has also configuration for sound. This app doesn't record sound properly on mate 20 pro. Also zoom wheel on zhiyun is useless as zoom is jumping. Filmic pro has smooth zoom transition. Anyway useless with current recording of one left sound channel.

Pile of rubbish - spent days trying to activate my hardware (WHY?), won't let me sign in, won't accept a password (apparently 16 digits with capitals, numbers and special characters isn't complex enough) - signed up on my pc now it won't let me log in because...the error is in chinese. So I don't know what the error is. Please do not buy hardware from these clowns, if they can't make a basic app then what makes you think they can do engineering.
