Update: After notifying the company of a firmware issue, they were able to patch the issue within several days. I am very satisfied with their customer service, and will definitely make future purchases! App was wonderful when I was first getting started - from start-up to fully running the feeder automatically. After the latest firmware update, the app has killed all ability to use the planned feeding options. The update induced more bugs trying to resolve unneccessary problems.

TOO MANY PROBLEMS It was a rocky start. The camera is supposed to be able to connect with my Amazon echo. It doesn't. Live feed kept freezing. Customer service suggested I boost signal strength. Did that, and it worked for a few months. Now, in month 8, it's back to live feed freezing. The sound and the live pop-up feed intermittently works.

Reviewing history is garbage. Live view and alerts work, but the script for reviewing the recorded video is full of bugs. It bounces around and it's hard to find an event. When you do seek to an event it bounces back an hour or so. If you want to use these for security, you have to record the video on another device. If they weren't already cheap they'd be worthless.
