Installed this program under the trial period. On the 1st day I was canceling my subscriptions. I went 1/2 way through and was called away to do something else. I closed out the ap. When I came back to do some more all it does is go through a mode with the 4 sided (stars?) going upwards like it's thinking. Tried a reset and get the same thing. Was truly wanting to see if this ap worked well. Now, I can't use it or even cancel my subscription. Please contact me. What can I do?

I used the app the first day, it froze up in the middle of deleting emails, and hasnt worked since, and Im almost through the free trial and it still won't load. I will be fighting the charge on my card. Just tried again to load it, it wil not load, showing a screen of loading until it times out and quits responding. I will be uninstalling the app.

Hi, I'm Tammy. I bought this app, opened it, and canceled it through Google Pay within minutes, and it confirmed the cancellation.
