Ratings and reviews

It won't log in if I try using wifi, only cell phone internet works. This happens when I use the app on my samsung Galaxy phone, Xbox series x app, hisense u8g tv app, and the website on my Windows computer. The only reason I gave it a 2 star score is that it's connected to my movies anywhere account, and those movies can be added to other video stores like Amazon Prime. Microsoft movies app, and Google tv. Otherwise, I can't use it as it is right now.

Crazy to see lots of negative experiences. I've been with Vudu for over a decade with owning 1031 movies and 20 TV series. I have had(fingers crossed) no issues thus far.(Minus the sound lagging\being off for a few seconds until it auto corrects but I just figured that was a sound bar issue) I stream with Xbox one series X in 4K or UHD and there is no issue with loading or connection errors but I do have really high internet speed so I don't know. Hope everyone having problems gets it resolved

Since this changed to at home instead of vudu the mobile app experience has been trash. It signs me out constantly. I had to switch from my Sony Xperia to my S22 Ultra to finally sign in.....again. I went to buy the movie I was looking for and as soon as I clicked buy it signed me out. All I get is an unexpected error occurred. This happens every single day I don't understand why. Movies anywhere works perfectly.
