Inspired by the original Tomb Raider games, wield Lara’s iconic twin-pistols and get ready for a globetrotting adventure!

Travel through the golden arch-shaped doors of the treacherous underground tombs, across hazardous mountain caves, flourishing jungles, lush waterfalls, even an ancient temple, and dungeon or two!

On your quest you’ll avoid hidden traps, discover ancient relics, solve a wide variety of puzzles and face off against different enemies and dungeon bosses (is that a T-Rex I hear!?) both new and familiar to the Tomb Raider series. Jump into battle with bloodthirsty wolves, poisonous snakes, epic dinosaurs, skilled archers, fearsome golems and magical elemental creatures, escaping certain doom!

Gameplay features roguelike and procedurally generated adventure stages for a new and varied dungeon run experience with every run. As you progress through each level, you’ll be able to stack abilities and perks such as piercing shots, experience boosts, grenade throws and arch shots for more powerful battle attacks, quicker character leveling and a wider range of damage. If you are a fan of adventure games this is the rouge like shooter gun game for you.

Dropping to a knee after an epic dungeon boss doesn’t signal the end! You’ll be awarded a trove of coins and experience points for each monster defeated to upgrade Lara’s outfits and weapons, increasing your base attack and HP stats.

Ratings and reviews

A really fun game to begin with, but gets very tired & repetitive very quickly, mostly because once you pass chapter 3, you're stuck on chapters for weeks while you wait to upgrade to be strong enough to progress. I know it's a game designed to make itself as much money as possible, but it can feel a bit rigged at times as you'll very quickly know at the start of a chapter whether you're likely to get very far in it. That being said, it is quite addictive and a great nod to the source material.

I'm pretty impressed and it's surprising fun. Definitely think I'll be playing this for a long while, but, it has some nasty glitches. I've been locked out a couple of times by the game telling me I need to upgrade my outfit. But I can't so it freezes and I have to quit. I think the ad implementation is quite clever, unfortunately if I watch one I then lose sound in my game. Which is slightly annoying. It also have lost my "resume save" because it can't connect to server. Hopefully fixed soon.

The gameplay itself is generally fun and addicting but it has far too many problems to be a recommendation. If I can't move and shoot then the stages shouldn't be near bullet-hell, it makes it impossible to get many shots off, the difficulty spike in only the second chapter is ridiculous, it is far too much and far too soon and many enemies are far too spongy. I would love to keep playing but I can't unless these problems are fixed.
