Ratings and reviews

Endless Wander is a lovely little Roguelike for android devices however I must say that enemies in this game are far too spongy and the player is too heavily punished for taking damage but I suppose that's the point of a Roguelike isn't it? Gatcha system and Micro-transactions are here but that's just mobile games in general but it's handled in a way that's better than most mobile games. Fun game, good combat, interesting variety, some bad parts.

Very charming art, simple but surprisingly deep combat system and intuitive, if sometimes slightly imprecise controls. Not a massive fan of the gatcha system, and the energy to artificially restrict progression are par for the course of mobile games. Wish I could just buy the complete game rather than a "freemium" version because it's well worth it on its own merits. Very clearly a passion project and happy to support the developers, if not the practices.

An amazing example of a game that introduces things slowly. At the start, you may worry about the repetitive gameplay loop, but every time the game threatens to become stale, it introduces a new feature to extend gameplay. The art is charming and the gameplay loop is satisfying. My only issue is that the joystick is sometimes awkward, but that's a me problem.
