I used to use a paper diary, but as our business grew, I knew life would be easier with a booking/appointment app. I tried Appointfix a couple of years ago and have never looked back! It is clear and concise and has lots of handy features, such as being able to automatically send appointment reminder texts to customers. If I have one gripe, I'd like the numbers of the time down the left hand side to be larger, and to be able to zoom in on everything.

As a small business owner this app is really useful. The calendar integration and analysis tools are really helpful. I do like the idea of the online booking. However, you can only book individual appointments, my clients generally have daily appointments (dog walker), so to do this for an entire month would be too arduous for them. A bulk booking request for them would be extremely helpful. Also the ability to choose which services to allow them to see and choose from would be better.

So helpful to have an online appointment system that stays free and doesn't make you pay for the basic version after a few weeks. Generally really user friendly, sends reminders and messages. I would have forgotten so many of my appointments without it. Only thing that doesn't seem to work is when I try to sync the Appointfix calendar to my Google calendar it just shows a reload button and never actually syncs.
