I was enjoying it until the quality of food started dropping down. It's great option to have if you don't want to think about what to cook next and get exact amount of ingredients. The main reason I started this subscription is not to waste the food. However, the food quality has dropped down. Especially, with vegetables. I had to bin quite a few veggies and wasn't able to cook the whole meal. I had mushrooms out of date, tomatoes - would get mouldy within few days. Cancelled my subscription.

I made an account as I thought I'd try with their 50% off offer. the offer wasn't applied and a box for 3 meals was going to cost over £40! I immediately cancelled the service and received a confirmation email, then days later they charged me anyway. when I contacted support to request a refund they responded "unfortunately the order has been processed and is arriving tomorrow so we cannot cancel or issue a refund" beware overpriced food that you cannot cancel.

The app is basically unusable. It refuses to load most of the time and crashes preventing you from doing anything with your order. You are far better off just using the website and uninstalling the app so it doesn't try and open it. On a side note, I have had delivery issues with food arriving late, salads being spoilt because they use for completely unknown reasons the UKs worst delivery company Evri! trusting fresh produce to a company that regularly fails timeslots and entire days is crazy.
