On average, the app uses approximately 1MB/min for making a voice call. In order to benefit from the highest quality available, we advise you to use the application with a WiFi network. Any costs resulting from using the application with mobile data networks when you call internationally are not covered by us.

There is an annoying application bug, which does not allow me to add Speed Dial numbers above 9 in sequential order. For example, the 10 and 11 appear as 1 and 1. Please fix it! Now the option to remove existing contracts from the Speed Dial List disappeared. it is getting from bad to worse.

It’s quite difficult to get connected when calling Iran. You usually need to try several times, and it often feels a bit random whether the call will go through or not. That said, it’s not completely hopeless—sometimes the connection does succeed, and when it does, it really helps to stay in touch with loved ones. The call quality is inconsistent and can drop significantly at times. Also, some credit gets used up during failed connection attempts, which is a bit frustrating.Overall, despite the

Description says the balance never expires. I decide to sign up via website as people say they have issues with Google Pay. On the site I read the terms on sign-up and it states voice credit balance becomes inactive after 180 days of no calls or top-up without obligation to refund. I'm a fairly infrequent caller but sometimes might have to deal with something abroad. How is this going to save me money if your just going to eat the balance because I didn't use it? Which is it?
