Pricing not very clear. I used the App to get the item I wanted £2 cheaper. The more items you buy then the shipping cost decreases. I only wanted a very light pair of earrings. They cost £4.65 to ship. Thought the earrings included VAT, so what the 65p was for, I haven't a clue. It's not clear!! If you don't intend to buy multiple items then it isn't worth the shipping.

Iv ordered 1 dress and 1 t-shirt from you, I can't get into my orders to check the tracking, there's no customer service, it keeps sending me back to sign in. You've taken my money from my account and you said it would take 2-5 working days, iv received nothing and can't even get to your customer service. I'm finding this very frustrating and I'd like to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Please.

First impressions not good. My first order had an estimated shipping time well within the time frame I had for the items ordered. Then it slipped. Twice. Now it looks like the items will arrive AFTER they are required. For the last five days, the order has sat at "leaving warehouse". I'll not be ordering from LITB again, based on this one experience. My brother ordered identical items elsewhere and they arrived in a couple of days...
