I love buying clothes from this store, especially for my daughter. However, the app itself sucks! It always freezes, items I've added suddenly disappear, and sometimes, after I add an item in the basket, it says, "sold out." Another thing would be how almost all items I add get sold out so fast it's annoying.

This app does not keep records of items ordered in the past. Also, some items that are not available continue to feature in the app. Using this app is a bit challenging because sometimes items I put in my cart to check out later disappear from the cart. This is time consuming.

"Oops Something Went Wrong" I've been using the NEXT app for a very long time and never had an issue with it until the last month or so. The "Oops Something Went Wrong" message is constantly appearing when trying to place an order or access my account. I've been through all the recommendations to try and fix it but they don't work. Each time there's an update I pray it fixes the problem, as it's so frustrating!
