I keep trying to add something to the basket but the icon just keeps going round. Contacted Next three times. No help at all. Just said to type in the number at the top of the page. I can get the item up it just will not add to bag. Third time the chat disconnected me!!!
This app is rubbish. I can't remove an item from the basket can't add any items in it .it's so frustrating that a company as big as yourselves can't get this right .River Island Ms /John Lewis an many more stores I don't have a problem shopping with them online .hope you sort this problem out .
The app has very little functionality. Once an order is made, I can't see anyway of going back to review, amend or cancel an order. There are so many shopping Apps available today and it's a shame to see a well known name like Next falling Short on app functionality compared to others. It seems maybe they are happy to spend more funds printing seasonal brochures and creating more paper than investing in making their shopping Apps more robust.
I have been buying from Next for years and the quality/service never disappoints. I love the app but wish it would eliminate items that have sold out. Still love having the directory to browse through 😃
The options on filters are good. Unlike some other apps you can select multiple sizes/colours etc to filter out. However the 'my account' section is pretty much pointless. No ability to view, track or amend orders. It's pretty much just account balance information. I'd like to see improvements in this section to make it as useful as the Web page
Good but could be a lot better. Lots of items on website only. Cannot see an itemised order once purchased. Would love a wish list!
