App is working terrible, I literally can't buy the shoes I want. I added them to my favorites list multiple times and they keep disappearing. When I go to cart and try to pay, it signs me out and then in again on it's own, but the payment/delivery screen doesn't appear. It also promised a 60 lei discount for first order but that's not applied. I think I'll just give up, if not even placing an order works properly I don't want to know what can further go wrong...

It's a frustrating app to use, always freezing, stopping, I order something and a few seconds later,it disappears from the shopping bag, it's been like this for a long time, so,it angers and frustrates me, so, I, sometimes, just leave it and go somewhere else to shop.And I love NEXT, their fashion, their furniture, everything is beautiful, the only issue is the app,please, repair it or change it,it would be much better

There's no proper description of the item in clearance either. when you filter items or sort them in clearance sometimes a bunch of things dont show up that you know should. edit: the whole reason I favourited those items in the sale was so I could quickly buy them before they go out of stock. Edit: again they disabled favourites during the sale preventing customers getting a discount on items they already liked. seems like its on purpose so you cant save things and wait for them to go on sale
