I love buying clothes from this store, especially for my daughter. However, the app itself sucks! It always freezes, items I've added suddenly disappear, and sometimes, after I add an item in the basket, it says, "sold out." Another thing would be how almost all items I add get sold out so fast it's annoying.

This app does not keep records of items ordered in the past. Also, some items that are not available continue to feature in the app. Using this app is a bit challenging because sometimes items I put in my cart to check out later disappear from the cart. This is time consuming.

I've never had a problem with the app until recently. There used to be a tab at the top of the My Account section labelled sign out, which has disappeared. You now have to go to settings, then sign out from there. In doing this, you lose the biometrics function and have to sign in using your user name and password. When you sign in again, it asks if you want to set up biometrics, but the function is lost again when you sign out via settings. Not a great experience overall.
