A number of bugs. (These things aren't an issue on the browser site, only on this app). 1) Does not let you add a bank manually when your sort code doesn't work because the 'add manually' button just takes you to the previous page. 2) No option to buy connects and do the payment, the only thing you see is a promo code box with 'apply code' or something below it. The payment section is missing. 3) Generally slow and doesn't register clicks especially when you try to click on your profile.

It's a good idea, but the app has so many bugs. - applied for a contract, and can see I have received messages, but the app won't update my inbox. - was told that my payment name doesn't match my bank account name (after I changed it to match), but when I try to contact support it won't allow me to login to file a complaint or contact support in general? - app is extremely slow to respond to any use also.

This must be ever since some update: every time I try to open my messages in the app it won't load. I get an error saying that the webpage is unavailable. (My internet and all other apps work fine.) This is for me the most important aspect of the app, that is, to be reachable for any of my clients. With this malfunctioning, the app is pretty much useless now.
