Used to be great...so many issues now. When trying to message colleagues, typing constantly freezes, screen jumps around a lot, takes app a long time to catch up. I have to type my messages in my SMS app and then copy and paste them to my workjam convos. Also the options in the menu bar often disappear and I'm only left with 3 menu options. I can currently not get my work schedule at all as that's removed from my menu.

I am not receiving notifications. I miss out on important messages and schedule updates/changes. I am constantly uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then, the notifications stop. I dont like the way your messages can be seen as viewed. I want to read a message without someone knowing I have. So I have time to reply. You can't always reply straight away. There should be an option to remove this feature. Also, I keep getting logged out of the app. Then, you have to use the authenticator app.

It works like crazy. It sends me the same notification every 10-30 minutes, day and night. Opened the account on the browser to delete all the notifications (240!) thinking that it will stop these meaningless notifications, but no... And worst of all, it is not a platform where we can come up with suggestions or report certain errors. Very disappointed.
