QuickBooks Workforce—an app for QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets)—lets teams view pay info and track time in one place.

Pay features are available to businesses that use QuickBooks Online Payroll & QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. Time tracking features are available to businesses that use QuickBooks Time.

Ratings and reviews

Clocking in and clocking out has completely failed. at first I would get an error saying it could not sync my data and I had to refresh. I would do this and then I could clock in/out. Then I started having to sync manually. Now not even reinstalling the app will let me clock out. AND like most apps these days, the app is just a glorified web browser. I figured out that I can just go to a computer, log in via browser, and after some more shenanigans, clock out.

This app used to load so quickly, even offline. Now I'm having to mess with it for minutes trying to clock in and out. It won't load for minutes at a time. Undo the last update. Update 5 May 26. The app is still horribly broken. I got a new phone (unrelated to this issue) and the app still sucks. Right now I can't clock out! ROLL BACK THE UPDATE. I really appreciate having a previously great working app turn into garbage.

Update is horrible. Doesn't allow me to clock in or out sometimes. I cannot favorite service items or customers anymore and doesn't save notes. I get done with a job and type in all of my notes just for the app to crash, clock me out, and not save any of my notes or day history. loved this app before the update but it has become a very frustrating app that I have to deal with daily. Please fix!!
