so flaky I end up entering things 3 times and I still don't see it until I suddenly see duplicates currency conversion assumption is wrong and it should just let me put in the amount on both currencies the dropdown for country list is alphabetical with no recent list at the top photos of receipts go into nowhere or create a new report. it's a struggle every time. Could be so good

Just like many others, this used to be a great app. I've used some version for many years without any interruption. It is the top crashing app on my device after many shut downs, restarts, uninstalls, clearing cache, etc. This has only become a problem in the last 30 days. The desktop version is good but inconvenient.

Much improved from early years, yet still loses receipts you add using the cameras directly in the app, unable to upload files from the add receipt function (e.g. hotel PDFs or ride share receipts), and to upload any receipt from the expense screen requires you to enter everything so you can save it first. Finally, some transactions like hotels that require itemization are not possible to complete in the app. The app should really allow you to complete reports and approvals.

• We are updating the minimum supported OS version from v8.0 and 8.1 (Oreo, API 26/27) to v9.0 (Pie, API 28).
