I was having the same problem that everyone else has been having. I went to the Google play store where I got my app, and opened it from there. It's now working, and not giving me the secure error everyone has been getting. Mine also has not been working going on 3 weeks now. But it is now. Just open from your app store. Hope it works for you too.
Cant log in How in the hell did Workday con employers into using this total @$$wipe service. 2 weeks still crap. Can someone fix this any time soon. On week #3 now,still cant access anything about my work life. Fix the f****** app! Week #6 CAN'T LOG IN. CAN'T STAND WORKDAY!
Edit on 1/11/17: haven't been able to even log on in a week. Get an error message every time, even after downloading update and re-entering info. USELESS. | Original review: Takes forever to open and load up. If you switch to another app for even a second, it will automatically log you out. Requires wifi to work properly. Freezes frequently. I only use this app to clock in/out and I can barely even do that.
Hasn't connected since the last update. It updated on Dec 27th. Then refused to connect after that. It worked fine before that. I guess I'll track my hours on the desk top computer....until that quits working too.
WTF App wont function properly without an update, so it basically forces an update on you...and then the damn thing won't load properly or let you log in. "Unsecure connection. Tenant error" Blah blah blah...and the settings are properly set, and all the login and tenant info is still the same. Nice to know this company is willing to issue updates to their software that doesn't even allow you to access the workday panels needed for time submission and payroll. Two thumbs wayyyyy down. Get your **** together.
It was good until i couldn't log in anymore, it says connection error, Internet not secure, tenant name is invalid.. there is no way i can fix this. I tried everything already. It is something wrong with the app.
