Ratings and reviews

The app stopped connecting to the band no matter how I try to troubleshoot. The band itself isn't responsive to touch, so I can't measure my stats from just the band nor through the app. The app gives error codes when requesting a verification code to register the band, so I can't even create an official account. I never give bad reviews but the whole experience has been aggravating.

bugs galore, not maintaining needed Bluetooth connection, app doesn't update data and frequently cannot pair at all and if it stays connected resets watch to Spanish/metric requiring multiple factory resets of watch to accept English/SAE... BTW the settings are under "me", "personal information" for those that can't find them, and if it won't sync, turn off Bluetooth on phone and let app turn BT back on (and frequently clear phone data under "me", "setting"...) & also, eff the effing malware ads

More often than not, this app doesn't work properly. Especially connecting the band. I haven't been able to connect my watch in months. Can't even correct the time without app connection. Pretty much the only thing this watch is good for us the step counter! Soooo disappointed.
