It was working alright when suddenly, I tried to view my dashboard and lo and behold, some errors started popping up: "Could not load BTC at this time". I don't know what kind of error was that but it affected the other ones with the same error. Please fix it. Luckily, when I pressed on the send tab, I saw that my funds where still there so it got me relieved. But please fix this problem as soon as possible or else I would have no choice than to switch this wallet to a different one.

It seems like with each passing day, this app becomes worse and worse. The other day my 260USD disappeared from wallet without trace. Up until now, that fund has not returned. Now I have about 450 USD stuck in my account. And I can't access it. I would have given zero star if possible. The support team does nothing when you send them a mail. They asked for a screenshot which I sent but that is all. Am really amazed about how such a big company can be so unprofessional.

So after 3 years of using your app, the app now let's you deposit funds but doesn't allow you to withdraw? Are you running a ponzi scheme now? I paste the recipient address and there is no option to advance but you select the exchange and defi wallets and it works. My funds are stuck in my wallet. My account got hacked many times from different locations around the world and I received all the successful login emails. The intruders hit a dead end because I had 2FA set up on my account. Jesus!
