Ratings and reviews

Good app, but the conversion fees are too high and not competitive. The biggest issue is charging users for declined transactions. My card was compromised, and although I froze it, a hacker kept trying to use it. Every attempt was declined, yet I was still charged fees. That's unfair. Please listen to your users, improve your pricing, and stop charging for failed transactions. I'll gladly give 5 stars when these issues are fixed.

App is perfect! People need to know that the 5$ you get can't be used to order a card BUT you can use it to purchase something AFTER you have deposited some money into the accounted and used it to order a card. I already made a card and used it now to make my first purchase using the 5$ they give us! It's perfect! The fees are as little as 2% of each transaction! My purchase costs 6.75$... I got 6.8175$ deducted in total! So fsr it works perfectly! Cheers!

The RedotPay app has many issues. During P2P trading, when buyers share payment screenshots, they often don't load or reach me. The app takes extra time to load, meaning their servers are very slow. I have tested this on multiple fast connections and different phones, but the problem remains the same. Also, their customer support is neither helpful nor responsive. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.
