Ratings and reviews

the shows and movies are great but the ads are ridiculous! In one episode 30-45 mins there are 5 sets of ads that are 3 minutes long. if you're trying to find your spot in an episode you still have to watch all the ads every time you jump forward. The ads are so repetitive too, to the point where I will avoid everything they are advertising.

I love the content and have a yearly subscription. Platform is great but the app and interface needs some work with how glitchy it gets, particularly with the subtitles. It's a consistent issue on my TV app, phone, and when being Chromecast, even after all necessary updates and clear cache. What's particularly odd is how at one moment the subtitles become fairly large at random moments and cut off half the sentences and at times display at super fast rate for sentences not shown yet in the show.

Used to be okay, but now the more expensive "ad free" option is chock full of ads. If you complain, they claim these unskippable ads are for the benefit of the customers. Not sure which customers have been begging to be inundated with ads, but if you don't want to sit through more ads than actual content, you'll want a different streaming service.
