Nice products, difficult customer service. I've ordered 3 watches, no confirmation e mail, i don't know if they are coming or not. I cannot contact customer service because it doesn't register me ordering anything. Money taken as payment though. In addition, I ordered exercise equipment, arrived with half the contents, awaiting the remainder. And a very unprofessional attempt at a coupon by way of an apology.

I paid 20€+ for a express delivery which was supposed to be between 5 to 8 days, It has been 14 days and the item has not been shipped, And I could contact the customer support inside the app regarding this issue, all the app do is misdirected myself to the FAQ section. If I would know the extra paid for express wouldn't make a difference, I would pay at the start. I made a order on Shein as well the same day with normal shipping and the item arrived two three days ago.

I ordered from this site and downloaded the app. They took money from my account and the app does not show any order history, I also cannot find a way to contact them to get my money back as the orders section is blank and does not open. Deleted and re-downloaded the app but still not working. Starting to feel pretty scammed! Not happy at all.... EDIT TO REPLY: I would love to give you my order number but unfortunately I never got one. All I got was money taken from my account
