If this application is built to close the BD complaints then developer must have knowledge that not every technician is well educated so that he could handle such a complex application. Also Every time the sign out and sign in is required to refresh the account which is very hectic. Technician works in such areas where no network is available or the frequency of network is very less. In such case every time the log in and log out process increases cause SLA penalty. Very Poor & Worst Performence.

The sync button refreshes data without having to sign out and sign in. The app works offline. A technician can update his tickets totally off the network. Sync when back online. If you close a ticket in the morning- offline, and sync in the afternoon, your time stamp is still counted as morning so why should there be any SLA violation?
