Hi Smule Support, I have been using Smule and singing for a long time, and this is the first time I’m experiencing this issue. My recordings are completing normally, and I can save them, but when I try to upload them, the upload stays stuck at 0% and never progresses. This has happened with recordings from both yesterday and today. Even after waiting for one or two days, they are still stuck at 0%. Could you please check and help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

Very very poor. I'm a vip user. I'm trying to save my recordings since morning, none of them are getting saved. I tried all steps from clearing cache to uninstall and reinstall app. My wifi is working fine so is my mobile network. It is not getting saved in either. No way to contact help other than some useless docs. I rethinking to extend my subscription now

I've been a paid member for several years now and have been happy with the app. But lately feel it's deteriorated because of two reasons - 1. There is always a lag in the final recorded song in terms of the beat and music. Which makes it frustrating for singers. 2. The voice effects which used to be pretty awesome before are absolutely dismal now and sound just plain strange.
