Faced an issue regarding subscription. So with autopay, 400 rupees got deducted ,but subscription wasn't renewed. Wrote an email to them regarding this with a screenshot of my payment attached to it and all and they didn't care to respond.If you're looking for an app that actually cares about user issues and rectifies them ,then I don't think this is the app. There isn't even a phone number available to contact them regarding this.

I am unable to join focus room from my phone after I cancelled my subscription. Message keeps popping up saying my free time is over even though it is 0 minutes. I can only join pomorodo on phone which also keeps getting logged out . I reported this issue multiple times and also sent an email but no reply . Once you start joining focus room and make friends it becomes like an addiction without which you feel it difficult to study->Buy subscription. I don't recommend this app(1½years experience)

Study Stream’s premium package is nothing but a cash grab. It doesn’t offer any real premium features—just extended usage time, which you can easily get for free with alternatives like Google Meet, Zoom, or even a simple WhatsApp group. Paying just to have more time on a platform that offers nothing extra is a complete waste when better, free options exist.
