Ratings and reviews

Horrible app I've been trying to get tech support for a long time now and they always re route me to a page which just starts the process all over again. A few times they did say they will connect me to a support person, kept me online for half and hour, then said all support persons are busy. Now I'm stuck with a jio sim I just bought but I can't use any 4g (even with an active plan) or send sms (despite trying all troubleshooting methods). Would give it -100/10 if I could.

One of the most useless apps, they have everything except the most basic necessary features, like raising a complaint and tracking requests. And the customer service is also useless, they keep asking us to wait and then cut the call. I didn't have 4 days of internet, when asked to refund/postpone the billing date. There wasn't any reply. And I've contacted customer care numerous times, mailed multiple times and still nothing. The audacity of being so lethargic is really annoying.

3 star because the app displays the required information as it should but the customer support is extremely bad, you can only chat with a dumb bot and there's no way to chat with a human customer support. Their IVR is also bad, very difficult to connect with a real human customer care. I guess the only way to contact jio is by sending letters.
