Last night around 2:00 AM, I was using the JioSphere browser to watch YouTube at 2x speed. I fell asleep, and when I woke up at 5:30 AM, the phone was still auto-playing videos and felt extremely hot. Even after closing the app, the temperature didn't drop. I eventually had to power the phone off for 20 minutes to allow it to cool down to a normal temperature. Why did this happen?

This app is very good . I using this app for long time. but today I found some glitch on it. background play dosen't work. I play the the and tap to lock my phone, immediately song pause. why this is happening . this is a big problem now. I use vpn and already cleared the cache and log in again. but it doesn't fix at all. please work on this problem as soon as possible.

I am a JioSphere user and I regularly use the background play feature, which is very useful. However, suddenly the background play option is not working. Even after enabling it, the audio stops when the app is minimized or the screen is locked. I tried restarting the app and my phone, but the issue is still there. Please look into this problem and fix it in the next update. Hope the team resolves it soon.
