Medisafe is FREE for download and use. Medisafe Premium includes unlimited Medfriends, access to more than 20 health measurements, and the choice of a dozen reminder sounds. Premium is offered by a subscription with automatic renewal.

Ratings and reviews

The constant sticky on upper left that says "manage & change profiles here" is annoying and keeps popping up. Tap it and it invites you to change the color by paying for premium. The interface is not seamless. Too much info & bland. If you're looking for a calendar type app that shows you a zoomed-out calendar w/icons, it's not this. When you click Report, the interface makes everything too big and you have to scroll. App could be much better. Just not for me but may be great for your needs.

Great app! Excellent tool for tracking my various meds and can even help me track my son's meds on the same account with a quick profile switch. Simple intuitive interface with options to mark individual or multiple items as taken now, or you can set an earlier dose time or snooze till later (and optionally indicate why); fun selection of notification sounds to choose from, and it's easy to add a new medication or pause/suspend if needed. I particularly like dose-tracking feature =never run out!

I use this app for 2 things, Reminders & History. Reminders are flawless, but when I tried to change the dose for an ongoing treatment in the Schedule section it completely wiped out 2 years of history because it kept the same Start Date instead of defaulting to Today's, even though I selected All Future Doses. It didn't give any warning, and I couldn't find any logs for when these meds were added (only the Start Date which is so easy to change). You should allow us to Duplicate meds instead.
