Hello, I have been using your app for a long time and am really happy with it. However, I’ve recently run into a problem: new books aren't loading into the app's cloud storage. The sync feature isn't working at all, so I can only read books I had previously saved. Whenever I try to open a new book, the app crashes and kicks me out. Please look into this.

I love this e-reader. it is definitely the best I have ever used and I would say kudos to the development team. One feature I would like added is the ability to open multiple books at the same time(in the same window) within the app. It would be very helpful. Also, I noticed when adding Google Books, the books are cut and truncated compared to what is available on Google Books. I would like that fixed as well. Thanks, Pocketbook!

this is the best app for enjoying books, highlighting and taking notes. I only have two requests: first, in full screen, I like to see the notch of my phone as part of the page as well when I'm reading. right now it's completely black but I think it makes the experience way better if the app uses all parts of the screen. second, it will be so much nicer if when I tap on a hyperlink, the content appears like a pop-up on the page that I'm reading, instead of jumping to the end of the book.
